The commissioner owns personal usage rights to the illustration, so they can use it as an icon/print it etc but the commissioner CAN NOT use the illustration for profit, commercial products (monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, etc)-There is an additional charge for this!!! (50-100% of the cost of the commission)4. As the artist, I have rights to the art and will use it for my portfolio and social media posts.
